Request access to the Survey Wizard application within the WBKey single signon (SSO) system here.
If you have not previously registered with WBKey, you will need to create an account with an email and password that's shared between Water Boards applications that use WBKey. On your first login you will be asked to configure multifactor authentication (MFA) on a smartphone.
